Xiao, I don't think that A board with the same design should be able to ever enter again. Maybe, instead of the criteria of waiting a month only, the stipulation whould be that a board has to wait a month AND have a new design?

the same design is kinda boring if entered in the competition twice and i will be more proned not to pick it if it has already won, so i like this idea, also it would make way for newer board owners and their boads...
