hmmm... those look decent, but you need to work on a few things.
1. Better render quality, gotta find the good lookin renders or it will throw the whole sig off
2. your backgrounds are too simple, it looks like you just used the standard brushes from photoshop... check out deviantart.com for some brushes, for these kinds of sigs I would reccomend sparkle or fractal...
3. add a border on EVERY sig, no matter what... you just create a new layer select it all then Edit>>>>Stroke Settings vary per sig, but 1px any color that looks good inside, Normal Mode, 100%
