Not if you read what I wrote it doesn't. Go back and reread it, taking note that the first paragraph states quite clearly that
I know that when I ask people for input about my board, I prefer constructive criticism.
and
All of this helps the board owner, if what is said is done respectfully and as constructive criticism.
The second paragraph is just an extenison of the first and doesn't mention you or this board.
So what we have here is an explanation to Xiao, and you, of my views where it pertains to my board.
The last paragraph also does not mention you.. it is my view of Xiao and how she handles my Suggestions.
You decided to only zero in on the part about "I do not like it when someone uses the opportunity to mindlessly attack the board" and accuse me of saying, or insinuating, that I accused you of this, when I clearly didn't. I replied to you by saying that I didn't insinuate you in my comments. Chill Dude is no different than saying Peace or Relax or anything else people say to help settle an potential inflamatory situation.
As far as I see, I have no attitude on this. I figure no harm, no foul. However I do think I was right in my post for it was your comments to her that spurred me to inform her of my views so that she doesn't feel I am attacking her board or anything.. just like you did. In fact I was actualy more supporting you than accusing you of a thing if you had to read anything into it other than what I actually said.
I hope that clears it up.

No need for an apology, I really don't see where you were so wrong, to tell the truth.  I don't like it when people seem to put words in my mouth or say I do things that I don't do either. LOL
Besides it's good to see someone else around who isn't afraid to be blunt and has the ability to not take things too personal. You're pretty cool in my book.
