Diets Suck!!!
ok..so i'm this strict diet to loose a couple inches before i go to new york in december...and it's driving me crazy!!
first 2 weeks i can't have anything white! no fruits!
and sure there are alot of kewl things on the to eat list..like white meat chicken, steak, eggs...but i realize now how hard it is to get those things...and easy it is to walk and get a bag of chip...or skip to the fast food place down the street.
*aaaarrrrgggghhhhh*
so for the next 2 weeks i may be a little crazy and incoherent..lol

Their is you can do it my way.if you what to lose some inches you can do sit-up 50 a day and you only eat deaner nothing els do this 1 weak and you sould see some you loseing inches.

i like to do 500 sit ups a day..and if i eat only dinner..then i'll slow down my motabolism.

the answer is low fat intake and losts of water and excercise!
it is better than all the low GI, low carb, low vitamin (body damagin diets)
my mum does it but she has the occasional ice cream or biscuit so it dont work no more, but it did b4 she gave in to temptation!

My mum lost 20 pounds on the Carb Lover's Diet. It's in book-form so you might wanna grab it. Basically, you don't eat carbs for breakfast and lunch, but you get to have all the carbs you want for dinner.
My mum also goes to Curves thrice a week for a low-impact, aerobic workout.
Personally, I eat less and jog 2 miles every other day. I've also lost something in the neighborhood of 13 pounds.
It's finding what works for you.

since the hurricane and my lack of electricity, my diet has failed because all we had to live on was junk food and lots of carbs...and believe it or not...i lost 4 pounds. lol
