I'm now transferred to Cingular. Now there may be not much nuiscance except for those damn customers who are not cooperating. They'll get angry when you ask for the IMEI number, and other info before we proceed with what is called Warranty Exchange. I, encountered a customer who got pissed and took me an hour to talk just because she cannot read the IMEI number, thus she requested for a supervisor. Another customer requested to do exchange his phone but the thing is his phone has been dropped for many times already. And dropped phones usually considered out-of-warranty due to damages beyond economical repair.

Now, I'm exhausted, taking in 15-20 calls a day. But I tell you, it's an achievement although a nightmare too.

I was on a call, (well tough call it is). The customer was irate and wants to do an exchange. But he wants to ship it another address. But he needs to verify the original billing address of his account. then I found out he has FOUR billing address. Then there came an outage in our office that lasted 2 hours. Dammit!
